Funny story: I got an email from xH (the american) yesterday addressed to all friends in his yahoo contact list saying he had been robbed in London (under the threat of a knife)and needed help (money) to get back to US. The wording seemed fishy to me and I ignored it. Tried to call but couldnt reach him. A few hours later, he sent everybody another email saying he was in NY, safe, and that someone had hacked his yahoo account. Immediately various friends of his, replied saying they were chatting with him on FB getting instructions how to send him money!!! Thankfully none of them had managed to do so, before he sent the real email. Crazy huh? K

While I understand the list.. I am not sure how or what a few of theses things will do to "move you forward". To a point I might question them all.
Why do you want her "address"?
His passwords I can understand. A marriage/relationship should be open.
I can again understand why you want him to give up the "gifts" but I really think you are "pointing" her out too much.
Your focus is "do something" for me. Show me you love me by acting the way I expect you to act. Again.. this is reasonable and expected.. but you have done this many times before only to be dissapointed. If you are doing this I personally feel you really need to be ready to put a foot down (Think Puppy from DB.com). You will have to take the "hard line". I feel very strongly about that. Maybe PDT needs to give you some pointers.. since I am the "old softy".

Knowing that your XH is a Texan, this was an obvious scammer. Had a Texan been held up with a knife, the sounds that would occur would be:
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! "Dang, these Winchester Silvertip hollow points sure do leave some darn big holes and that thar is some nice grouping."
Followed by him being arrested since GB is one of those countries that doesn't allow anyone except criminals (who don't care about the law anyways) to have guns.
He probably also would have had a bigger knife on his person.

Xh is very liberal, hates guns, "justified" wars, republicans etc etc He goes to Thailand for 6 months/year into an ashram I think they call it, for meditation. He is into tandric sex and loves ALL people in general (except the republicans-LOL)
