Thanksgiving day 5k went okay. Ran 31:16. I was hoping to break 30 minutes, but that's okay. There were a lot of strollers and walkers to dodge.

My roommate walk/jogged it. Did hers closer to 50 minutes, but she finished it, and that's what really matters. smile

No word from XH of course. Got Happy Thanksgivings from MIL, FIL, SIL, one of the cousins, and one of his aunts. Lol.

RB went to his friends house as he's been planning for a while. I would have invited him to go with me to my parents' house except I knew he was wanting to go to that. Course, I would have gone with him if it wasn't for my work schedule. Closed the store Wednesday night, worked a mid-shift on Black Friday, Saturday, and yesterday. I'm pretty beat.

My boss is out of town, as are both my co-workers, so my boss told me to telecommute. He didn't have to tell me twice! Been watching Highlander and NCIS marathons while working at my coffee table. grin

Heard back on the repair request - they are doing everything except the bathroom tile - they claim there is backerboard under there. My realtor is going to call the contractor today and get that in writing. That way if there isn't, they can come fix it at their own expense. grin

Also trying to find out what stove and dishwasher they are installing. Might try and negotiate on that depending on how cheap they are going. I definitely want a nice gas stove. I could handle a cheap / loud dishwasher, but I need a good stove.

Still no word from XH. He is, shockingly, ignoring my request for a copy of the title to his car.

I'm feeling snarky about the situation. Very tempted to send him a text/e-mail saying, either get me a copy or tell me when I can swing by your work on Friday to get it. I can't and won't trust you after the things that have happened, I need proof.

Sweet lol.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get my stubborn XH to give me a copy of the stupid title?

If you are on the Title, I would think you could get it from DMV. Do you have any old insurance info, or anything like that that would have the VIN and plate?

I can get it from DMV...if I take time off work, go down in person, stand in line, and pay money.

They are conveniently closed on the same furlough days as me, so I can't even do it on my day off.

The house thing is very exciting. Working on some loan documents today, which is a bit scary, but it's exciting nonetheless. smile
