Yes - you're a survivor! Welcome to the club where we don't just survive - we thrive. It has been 4.5 years for me since my divorce and 8 years since Ex ran off with maggot. And I hardly ever think of them anymore because I'm enjoying my new life - just like you.
I remember my dr saying the week we first split (& I was going crazy) - "Don't think of it as your life being "over" - think of it as a fork in the road and you're life is just taking the different path. It is being "redirected". Well - for someone who didn't want to be "redirected" - we're doing awesome.
I'd like to be the first to welcome Elin Woods to Surviving the Big D. There are a few golfers here who would be glad to offer you support...and teach you in the correct way to use a 9 iron whether it be the striking of a golf ball or the careful placement to the side of the head...
Hey Mike, something tells me Elin will be over at the "Infidelity/Extramarital Affairs/Jealousy" section. She probably has 10 million reasons to stick around.... So the count is three extramarital affairs....so far....and i though Tiger was playing practice rounds at 6:00 A.M. because he was a hard worker not becasue he was "up" all night.....
Kobe is still married after his indescretions. Maybe Tiger should find out how Kobe reconciled his marriage.
A year or so after Kobe's alleged rape incident, my family followed his family through a side door at Disney Grand Californian hotel. I did not even notice him until my wife pointed it out.
I'm wondering whether it's Elin or Tiger that will be here... It's sad though, isn't it? I don't think either of them is going to be broke, no matter what the outcome.
I think a six iron is the club of choice, a bit longer than the nine, so you can get more speed, but still short enough to control. Speaking of which, I don't think Tiger is going to want to be paired up with Jesper Parnevik any time soon!
I though I remember that Kobe used a very large diamond to reconcile his marriage.
