He may give good gifts, but He has two boxes full of gifts we've given him in the past, and never opened or used! GOD!
QT is a thought. PRE-BOMB he worked from home, full-time. Immediately, POST-BOMB, he decided to handle dispatching/loading, etc... himself, instead of having a full-time employee do it. I think he did it for some space, since he was so conflicted. At one point, he tried to hire someone, had an awful time w/two that he did hire, fired them, and then fuel prices rose astronomically, the economy pooped out, etc... So, now he still just does it himself, as we recoup from some financial stuff. I think he really only wanted to have a month or two to drive and think, and then it spiraled out of his control w/in the company. Now, he's kind of stuck for awhile... being gone.
I'm open to conversation anytime. I'm just... chatty. He comes in my office to chat, when I'm in there working. But, we chat all the time, about everything, but US! He talks freakin' non-stop!!!
So, I get what you're saying, and will digest.
