This may be true, but never in a million years would I peg him as a guy who wouldn't willingly take care of his kids. I still feel like he will, but I guess I have to be prepared in case he doesn't.
It depends on what kind of a lawyer he ends up with. And yeah, you should prepare for the worst (but hope for the best).
