I spoke to an attorney this morning. She said I could either file an order for child support with the attorney general's office, or I could file for divorce myself and get temporary orders of support.
My original plan was to assume H would pay child support, but my mother insists I can't trust him. So, I filed the papers with the AG to have the CS attached from his pay.
Should I warn him? I feel sick and scared. Even if we were to reconcile, how could we when I am blindsiding him with something like this. I can hear the I knew I couldn't trust you already...
