Thanks, mo3 & rocked,

Compared to some of the unrelentingly hellish sitches on this board. mine is now a relatively benign fait accompli. But when ya gotta vent; ya gotta vent. And I never have any compunction in doing so, however relatively minor by comparison.

Today was a great day, rocked, thank you. Gorgeous weather. Gardener worked about 6 hours @ two clients (unheard of for a Sunday). Just got home.

STBXW shows up with truck @ 10:15 w/friend trailing behind in STBX's car. Oh good. A witness. She'll be pleasant as all get out and no b.s. to deflect this morning. I am thanked profusely for truck, put plenty of gas in it, etc. Says she's going around back to dig up some gladiolas and peonies and some other of the hundreds of things I've planted around here in 11 years There's even a bed with over 200 tulip bulbs. Boy, will the new owners be wowed by that if this place sells before spring. frown

Interesting STBXW friend and coworker, this woman: in her fifties, never married. Right before the bomb - a year ago, now - W announces that she's going to back off and drop this one because, "she's nosey, tries to push her way into all aspects of my life and draw me into her drama, as well." Another one about to get the Mrs. Gardener heave-ho-you're-outta-here-bye-bye-so-long-farewell-auf-weidersen-forever special, I figured.
Now? Best, inseparable buds.
Alien.

Gardener...

... if it weren't so sad, I'd have a good laugh! STBXW is a bit alien!!

Your beds sound gorgeous!! There are two things I'm not... a baker or a gardener!!! My H always jokes (even told this story tonight) that I even killed a fake plant! I set it next to the fireplace, had a fire, and melted the fake fern!

Wish you weren't so far! I'd have you over for some bed consulting!

Gman, sorry I couldn't add anything to your last few posts. You're teaching me a few things. Now, with respect to 'bed consulting' I think someone's name needs to be changed to Mind-Fuel. wink

It looks like handled yourself quite composed in the face of insanity with recent W dealings. Its amazing how entire conversations can be fabricated. Good for you for not taking the bait for an arguement.

Gardener, good for you not letting STBXW push your buttons like she was obviously trying to do. Oh, and for being the bigger person and letting her use your truck even though she displayed her alien-like behavior.

Getting some rest today to start the seasonal gig tomorrow? Sure hope you won't be so tired that you can't check in with us. Your insight is always refreshing.

Just thought I'd pop in and say hi Gardener, its nice to see that even when your STBXW behaves like an alien you can remember to act like a gentleman!

Im sure that you will have no problem on the bed consulting front once you get back in the swing of things!
