I'm glad your H expressed his willingness to go to IC as well as to read the Mars/Venus books. That is a huge step for him.

Also, kudos to you for pointing out how important it was for him to put his arm around you in a simple, but loving gesture.

He is working at things, but is obviously very locked up inside.

Keep moving as you are and find ways to distract your thoughts from the negative as best as you can.
