SoldierDad - I was just going to offer what Greek said. I can't believe anyone in Airport Authority wouldn't be able to help. I also like the simple, short reply... LATER. She will be logging on and checking and checking and checking... Just to see what you are going to say. WAIT. Also, she must have some attorney that didn't consult her on spewing venom regarding issues he/she should be handling.

Lastly, I wouldn't be too concerned with her ability to mess w/you, and/or you "losing this battle against her." She can't even put a sentence together correctly! She's not brilliant!

You have to be anxious. Just try and focus on the boys, and their stability.
