Just got this from her: wow then you can pay your own bills too the truck,your bike your cells, i did not mean to dood the account but you wanna be an ass then i can be a total bitch go ahead contact the bank the joint account is in my name first and if you do anything to our joint account my attorney will contact your commanding officer, and your soldier relieve act will not protect you, yes i have a lawyer and he has told me a lot, if you wanna play games then please bring it on cause i will fight you every step of the way. and you will loose in the end so please go ahead and play your petty games. make sure you arrange for someone to pick you up at the airport cause my son has a concert that night and i will not miss for you.your truck will be at the short term parking as of monday. i hope it doesn't get towed for it will be there for two weeks dec 12th is a long ways away and since you want the truck you got it.

Please help!!! What do I reply back to this??

Print it and keep it. Also - she may have had a consult with a lawyer but that doesn't make that lawyer HER lawyer. HER lawyer would tell her to keep her mouth shut and let him/her do the talking on paper. That's what my lawyer told me EXACTLY. And Coach's, too. Both told us not to discuss these matters with each other, not to put anything in writing like in an email and if the other did, hang on to it! She's full of it and not too smart. Wow - in fact, I really read DESPERATE in her email. Only one reason to have her claws so far out so early - she's afraid of what you CAN BRING.

About the legal stuff...Coach played hardball with me in that arena. It was the right thing to do. It p!ssed me off - but he did right by himself.

That's it. And wait to send it. Just sit on it for 24 hours. No joke. She is so hyped up on beating your a$$, it will drive her crazy that she is not getting a rise out of you. WAIT. That's an order.

Contact the airport that you will be flying into. Give them your plate numbers and a description of the truck. Let them know you are a soldier serving abroad and what your wife plans to do. Ask them not to tow you. Talk to the airport manager if possible.

She doesn't care, right now, what effect it would have on the boys and their time with you! You are dealing with a different person, right now, than the one you've known all these years. I think the response that Greek advised you to give is best. Do what you said you were gonna do, and don't back down. If she does what she says she's gonna do, then you're just gonna have to deal with the repercussions. Be strong. Hard consequences are the only things that are gonna get her attention right now, and even then, there's a possibility they won't change her mind. She's also pissed because you decided to take some action, instead of letting her call all the shots...know this...letting her call all the shots will not be in your best interests. Listen to puppy and Greek.

Ha ha, I am going to do just that!!! You know us Military guys-we follow orders!!! YES MA'AM!!! I don't know my plate number-gotta try to get it somehow. My truck is parked at her work right now-her car was in shop, she left it there when she picked up her car. Only problem is, I don't have keys. This truck stuff is starting to worry me now.
