Ok. Good stuff. Its amazing how time moves rather quickly. I can't believe its almost december. Thanks for squaring up the timeline, this tostada was confused.

How much attention did you receive on match? I've heard it can be interesting and humerous with what guys will send you.

A fair amount, it was a little disappointing because there were only 2 guys in my immediate area! Hopefully when I move to the city Ill have a little more variety.

Ok, so heres the kicker... he IS talking to another woman. Several of them, in fact, on a dating website. Seriously.

Now, Im about to draw a parallel, I know that it doesnt make sense, I dont need anyone to try to talk me out of it... this girl is from the town that I lived in when I was a little, little girl, in Oregon. For those of you who have been around a while, X's OW was from the town that I grew up in. What is with these women from the towns I have lived in for a long time moving in on my relationships?!

So, screw it. Im done, done, done, done. I was really excited about this guy.

Actually, I think in only two months you may have become too attached to this guy. I can see how you would get upset though.

I asked him. I dont snoop anymore, not after what I let it do to me with X, constantly checking his FBand myspace pages, nope, if I have a reason to worry like that then its a situation I dont need to be involved with.

Im not that upset, Im just disappointed. He didnt make me cry or anything, more like a sigh and shaking of the head. Two months into things should still be exciting enough that you dont need to go looking for new thrills.

No prob Odog. I think that the best way is the direct approach. I dont want to set myself up to be lied to or snuck around on. And, Im not totally set on the idea, but I think that maybe Ill calm down on the dating front until things are settled down. I have more important things to worry about right now, and if it happens, it happens.

I made a pumpkin cheesecake tonight for thanksgiving. I overcooked it a little, because thats the kind of thing I do! Oh well, nothing some whipped cream cant fix! I have to work all day tomorrow, so I wanted to get it done now.

Im looking forward to work tomorrow, the day before thanksgiving is a fun day to work at the liquor store, its super busy and you have lots of chances to hand sell things.

Report: Frozen adult otter carcass 1 mile from the driveway to the beach.

I dont really want to deal with this today! Oh well, a two mile hike is a two mile hike. With 60 lbs of cargo on the way back even, so I guess Im not working out today!

ummm...What do you do with the otter carcass after you retrieve it? You measure it and take some stats but...are there some things in your freezer we don't want to know about?

I baked an apple pie with the kids (trade for a slice of cheesecake?). Tomorrow I'll cook up some yams and turkey.

Odog, I take it to the FWS freezer. I didnt find it, it was reported yesterday, so who knows where it is now. If the tissue cant be used for histology sampling- if its too rotten, I just pull a few wishkers and teeth out and measure it, note male/female and age class.

Which makes a nice transition to my next topic!

Sure, Ill trade you pie for cheesecake, this one has some yummy maple sauce to go with it, and a pecan butter crust- way better than a dough crust IMO! I love yams! I have to make a special request for them at dinner because Im the only one who thinks that they are tasty. I didnt get a solid answer for exaclty what we were having for dinner tomorrow so I just picked up some old stand-bys for wine and some really good beer.
