You said you went to mediation and couldn't agree. Is there anything in the legal agreement that you have now that stipulates that your finances are separated. i.e. Any debt you have accumulated since date X is your own responsibility.

Not what I was asking. You said money was tight for you at the moment. I need to know if any debt you get into now will be split between the two of you or if it is on you alone.
