Aw O'dog, your dads comment made me a little misty too! I would be a little worried about your D crying too. It seems like such a common thing that she would be a little desensitized to it, not to mention the fact that everyone was ok in the end...

Maybe she was just scared? Have any of her friends been in a scary accident lately? Im sure that if it becomes a real concern, her school would have measures in place. Maybe shes just a little more sensitive than normal right now.

I came upon a mortally wounded moose that had been hit by a dump truck last summer, I stopped to talk to the truck driver and call the troopers and the driver of next pickup behind me hopped out, pulled out her gun and dispatched the moose. Just like that! I have to say, I do agree that the animal needed to have its suffering ended, but Im not sure that I needed to witness it! Thats my traumatic moose story.

I guess I gave the wrong finger to the wrong man...
