Karen, Maybe you could text him and say I didn't notice you at school until I had already pulled out. Was there something you needed? By texting him I see this as twofold...he can't say he was trying to tell you something and you wouldn't talk to him (in case he tattles to L) and and secondly it lets him know that you saw him creeping around!
