KLC, do you work out? When I get really angry, I put it into a workout, and before I know it, Im too exhausted to be angry. Its a really good way, for me at least, to get through my emotions.
And Coach is absolutely right, there is noting wrong with being angry, its totally an appropriate emotion right now. But dwelling on it and not finding some way of resolving it isnt healthy.
I guess I gave the wrong finger to the wrong man...
