SB, Just been lurking on your thread, but hey, I'm in NE OH also. I agree with all the advise you've been getting, but I did want to say one thing.
Your kids are old enough that no court will stand in the way of who they want to stay with. Your S is 19. He's an adult in every way. Your D is 17. In a previous marriage of mine, the courts said when my S, who was young at the time, reached 12 or 13 yr's old, that HE could decide who he wanted to live with and as long as there was no child abuse, etc, that the courts would listen to him. So IMO, your D will decide who she wants to live with and if she wants to live with you and NEVER see your H, that's pretty much what'll happen.
