Counseling conundrums

I was debating about what to do about Friday, I may not even stay here that night after packing. Option 2- wait until H goes to bed and pack during the night. I'm going out to dinner with mom tomorrow, she's going to help me go over everything for that weekend- making lists of things to make sure I grab, etc. I'm sure he'll change the locks after I'm out- I won't be getting back in.

I know I've said this before, but I have a friend who had to do something similar. She literally had the police escort her into he house, collect her belongings, and leave with her.

You might look into the legality of his changing the locks in your state; someone else pointed out that if your name is on the title, he can't legally prevent you from entering without some kind of restraining order.
