Its okay to wallow from time to time. We're human. I had one of those days yesterday. Take some time for YOU today. Get a good nights sleep and wake up on the RIGHT side of the bed tomorrow. Go for a walk, head to the mall, meet someone for coffee. Get your mind off things for a while. I did that today and hey, its already 2:30 in the afternoon. Half the day is gone, and I haven't thought much about H at all! I'm not going to lie and say I didn't think about him, but very minimal compared to the average day. I'm in your shoes, it may be a little comforting to know someone else out there feels the same way you do right now...keep your chin up.
