I know I still have a long way to go. I know H is gonna keep trying to throw curveballs (thanks for that analogy Coach... LOVE IT! ) but I AM starting to anticipate the pitches and I AM able to hit them... most of the time. And, even when I miss, I just go back and try again.
I really do feel empowered. I am taking back control of my own life. It is still a daily battle, but I am doing it.
