11/28 like I wanted- I got lucky with the short notice.
I'll say it again, take notice of these little things, you'll think back afterward and go, wow, how did all that just fall into place correctly, and you'll be able to know you are on the right track.

This is something to be prepared for, I wasn't when I went into court and saw the true nature of my STBXW. It's a cold realization that they will be out to get everything they can, and think they are entitled to everything that's yours and that you have worked for your family for.
Make note of those in a journal though, they will give you some clarity into there mindset. Once you have been out for a bit, you'll gain some perspective on your relationship and start to see things for how they really were.
I'd like to think I was in a bit of a 'fog' myself in our MR, and it's coming clearer now as I look back.
