Just stay quiet! Let your atty handle it.

Assests like inheritance can be interesting, in some cases, in some places, once you mix them with "community" assets, they are community assets, and can't be separated out again. But, again, don't say anything.

You might want to talk to the atty about temporary orders, just to make sure nothing else disappears!

My atty suggested asking H about it and discreetly recording his answer. He said if I am entitled to half of it, I can get it back later, but again it makes H look real bad. I can't believe he did this!!

Bunny....
Are you sure you are up to the subterfuge of trying to record his answer? I am not at all sure I like this plan!

This just might help quiet that little nagging voice inside me that I've been b!tching about! I'm still stunned.

At least not right now I'm not. It's too easy to tell when I'm upset no matter how I try to hide it. I don't know what I'm going to do right now- maybe stop at a store and wander around a little before going home. I can't look at him right now.

I think it might! Even if you don't do anything about it for now.

I don't like the idea of poking your H with a stick right now, before you have anyplace to go. In a way, I think that you knowing, and him not knowing that you do, puts you in a good place. If he finds out you know, he is going to hide everything, as fast as he can.

You're right, if he hid that money, he just might start scrambling for other accounts as well. I'll keep quiet for now, I am so glad I grabbed those passwords earlier.

I am starting to get a very bad feeling about what he's gonna pull when I move.

That's why you don't tell him 'til it's done. He is not going to like not having control of you one little bit.
