Assests like inheritance can be interesting, in some cases, in some places, once you mix them with "community" assets, they are community assets, and can't be separated out again. But, again, don't say anything.
You might want to talk to the atty about temporary orders, just to make sure nothing else disappears!
My atty suggested asking H about it and discreetly recording his answer. He said if I am entitled to half of it, I can get it back later, but again it makes H look real bad. I can't believe he did this!!
At least not right now I'm not. It's too easy to tell when I'm upset no matter how I try to hide it. I don't know what I'm going to do right now- maybe stop at a store and wander around a little before going home. I can't look at him right now.
I think it might! Even if you don't do anything about it for now.
I don't like the idea of poking your H with a stick right now, before you have anyplace to go. In a way, I think that you knowing, and him not knowing that you do, puts you in a good place. If he finds out you know, he is going to hide everything, as fast as he can.
You're right, if he hid that money, he just might start scrambling for other accounts as well. I'll keep quiet for now, I am so glad I grabbed those passwords earlier.
