FYI - if you use a packaged mix for pancakes, all you have to do to make them banana is mash up about 3 bananas into the mix.

I order the Hawaiian pancake mixes - my favorite is "Aloha Sunset" bannana-macadamia mix. And there is a coconut syrup that makes it perfect. You also cant go wrong with 100% Kona coffee.

Well you could make blueberry pancakes - that's pretty easy - just throw a few blueberries into the batter, stir, pour, cook and wallahh - breakfast is served.
