If you are constantly worrying about what your H is thinking and doing and what ONE bad night will do then you are not DB. Not even close.

Your focus should be on you and your children as if the divorce is taking place already. If it works out then great but right now he is gone and you should live your life that way.

It's very easy advice to give, I know. I wish I would have followed it myself when so many people tried to give it to me. Instead though I was sure I knew better and essentially gave myself a nervous breakdown complete with a hospital stay due to my lupus and anxiety I had.
