Well, think about it this way. Do you want to live your life with someone who will walk away from you because of one day of "bad" behavior? (I'm not talking about abuse, obviously, just ordinary human imperfection.)
Beyond that, I know you are looking for reassurance, but I also know you are smart enough to know that none of us know the answer.
