I am also struggling with the ring decision. He tooks his off 1.5 weeks after he moved out. I still wore mine up until 3 days ago. It hurt to take it off and it hurts to see my bare hand. I am trying the LRT so it feels like wearing it is a direct contradiction to the technique. At this very moment, I want it back on...but I am so confused over what message it sends.
