Did you print a copy? Always keep a printed copy of whatever you find because you never know when they'll delete everything. I still have mine in a safe place just in case.

My instinct would be to tell you do not ask H about this friend. You don't want to tip him off that you know what's going on. Of course I'll defer to Puppy's advice.

How are you feeling? Holding up ok? If you need to get angry/sad/upset go ahead and do it, just not in front of H.
