Had a good day. Planned to take S3 skating today. FIL called and wanted to come so he did. H showed up to watch for a bit. Quick conversation about S3. I was totally acting happy and bubbly even though I wanted nothing more than for him to be skating with us as a family. But I didnt show it. I could tell he was bothered about how happy I was. Oh well. My sis was there and she said when he left he had a look of rejection on his face. I felt good. He hasnt called tonight. So just going to start off the new week as it is.
What am I missing? Why FIL all rejected and long in the face?
