Today, S17 has my other car to drive. My Dad dropped it off yesterday. It was actually my grandmothers and it is an 1982, the year I graduated. It will be a good car getting him back and forth to school and to work. tonight will be the first night that I won't need to pick him up. Ok my hair just turned a tad grayer!! I am really proud of him. He is a great kid, I just hope he doesn't get cocky behind the wheel.

Interesting day. I just got home from a looooonnnnggg day. That's what you get for celebrating birthdays out of town. Had an interesting FB chat with ex boyfriend, yes the one from this past week. I thought it was really odd that he didn't remember a whole lot about my going to Denmark or even that our break up was a bit awkward. Turns out he had been in an accident and had a head injury. He remembered that we dated but not a whole lot more than that.

So he asked me about it today and we talked about it a bit. He apologized for hurting me and told me that he did remember that I was a great girlfriend. Well now that has been wrapped up. I also ran into my favorite aunt that I grew up a bit with. they just happened to be at the same Old Chicago that we went to for lunch. I hadn't seen her in about 8 years. She just happens to share the same birthday as soon to be D11.

A nice day with a few surprises.

I wasn't home for any handyman work so that is fine. Old Chicago is a restaurant chain. It has deep dish pizza, pasta, regular pasta, burgers and stuff like that. Good food.

I am still exhausted from yesterday. Whew.

Yeah Dylan, what gives? I was waiting for my handyman to show up all morning and then had to give up and hang the darned certificates myself. You can see the crooked results of my handiwork in the alt!
