Drizzly, rainy, raw. Don't know about the showings, yet, but broker sent me email amazed that 913 people viewed it on his site in two weeks.
Walk-thru Tuesday w/20 brokers. And next week, broker sets up his magic 360 degree camera in each room so people can do a virtual walk-through in each room and look all around when he uploads it.
