LOl a wine bottle upside on his head would be an extreme waste of good wine :) Drinking it alone will be a waste too.. how about saving it for a dinner with him?

Yes, I think weeding out the bad really sounds perfect, and yes it is what we're doing here.

By the way.. before hitting him with that bottle think about this..... ( I"m ashamed of this story... but I guess I better blurt it out... ) There were quite a few back and forths in our working things out 5 years ago. ONe day she will be out of the picture and we had a go at fixing our marriage, next week she was back in the picture and the fixing was a no go! I was so upset. I"m a very controlled person in most situations, but i was really loosing control there. I remember just yelling something at him and retreat to the kitchen. I decided the best thing to do before really exploding was to get the dishes out of the dishwasher and try to calm down. He followed me to the kitchen still giving me excuses and justification on how there was no way we couldn't work out the marriage. My dishwasher is a portable one. I have to roll it up to the sink when I use it and back to its place when I'm done. I"m opening and closing the door, taking the dishes out, making noise just trying to drown his voice, and he is nowere to quit. I finish, unplug the whole thing and he's still talking. I try to push the darn thing back to place but it's stuck. And he keeps giving me ridiculous excuses and I"m ready to explode! Pull the dishwasher, push the dishwasher, hear him talking, dishwasher doesn't move, hear him talking... EXPLOSION TIME!!!!!!!! I give it a final push out of anger and the silly things flyes towards him. 3 cracked ribs! First time I explode and that happens!!!!! ANd I didn't even mean to do it, I just wanted that dishwasher out !

SO know I"m much better at controling myself in all occasions LOL
Really really ashamed at the outcome there, but i swear it wasn't done on purpose!

As an amateur gardener (on many levels) I vote for "weeding out the bad"...and having been on the BB a looong time...I don't think I've seen that one before~

Now, what did you mean about my thread locking out? I just posted there!

Ok, I know it was bad and I'm sure very painful!

But it did give me a laugh just thinking of the tugging and talking going on.

And that is what would happen to me! I would NEVER do anything like that on purpose, but I can see doing something and it happening like that to me.

I have a quick temper but not generally violent!

My mom's on the other hand can be.

Well, I left him message at work before I left to let me know if he wanted to do something for dinner.

It is 7:00 and no word from him yet.

Not that I am hungry. But the wine might be good!

Hey Opt, OW bitch woman is ALWAYS at the club on Wednesday nights.

He can be guranteed of seeing her if he goes on Wednesday night. Which is the night we always used to go also!

I do not know what you guys do at that club, but I am sure that there are about a hundred more private places to see her in town, if David had wanted to see her without the whole world knowing. The whole point is: secrecy is bad, being out in the open leads to resolution. He might have thought you'd be there also.

I am only playing devil's advocate...

And Shiny, I promise I saw your thread locked earlier today. And I only started drinking wine tonight, since H was designated driver. A horrible Sardinian red, which has given both a headache, BTW.

I already have a headache and never did get my bottle of wine open!!!

Yeah I know. I flipped out without a good reason today.

Darn I hate when I do that to myself and everytbody around me!

Good Morning Opt,

A new day is dawning, and if I am optimistic I would say it is going to be a wonderful day!!

So now I'm already going to have to start thinking of a new thread title. Never filled one in 3 days before.

Good morning Pam, I am glad you are having a better day. When I came back from dinner you had 8 or 9 new pages in your thread, but my D got sick and I couldn't read them until now.

I woke up really angry at H and OW and very vengeful. Not a good mind frame for the new day. I wanted to scream 'whore' at her in front of her whole church (she goes to T.D. Jakes' in Dallas). She even sent me a book by him 'to help me in my sitch' after we had compared stories and unmasked my H's lies: 'Woman thou art loosed!' It came with a note that said 'I hope this book helps to lift your spirits and confort you. My prayers are with you'

Don't they teach the 10 commandments in church anymore? I thought evangelical churches were big on bible lore. Of course she may be an unredeemed member of the Rahab house.

I also toyed with the idea of suing her a** for fraud and denouncing her to the IRS (I am pretty sure she has not declared my H's gifts).

So, instead of waking H up and making a mess of it, I came to the BB. Well I am supposed to be preparing a conference that I give today, but ...

Wow, how good it feels to vent! I think I can go back to my talk now.

Vent away. It is fun to come up with some ideas on how to get even with the whores! Good luck at your conference.

Lesson for me, come to bb rather than vent at David!

Hope your conference goes well and your day gets better.

Maybe it was that awful wine you drank last night that woke you up feeling this way!
