I suppose 'Lipstick on the Collar' is too frivilous for a thread title.

What Color is your Lipstick? (Remember the parachute book when it was career choosing time or are you too young?)

What parachute book? (Does that date me?)

Cherry Cola 305 (name of the lipstick). I dropped by, ostensibly on my way to my own office, to remind him of the meeting today. OW was busy, unfortunately, so I do not think she even saw me . H was looking rather harassed (wanted to be finished by 4:30 to pick me up at home) and did not seem to happy to see me. I acted 'as if,' all bubbly. He nearly pushed me out of the office (metaphorically speaking, of course). It is a statement of fact, not an ASSumption BTW.

I did give him my 'red kiss', but it was so effective that I kind of stared at him (his lips were so red they looked like a clown's). When I dropped back in to tell him something else he had already gotten it out Not that he had a choice... he could not go to work like that.

We'll see how the day goes.

BTW, the lock patrol is out in full force. They got Shiny and T2. I think I might be next!

(((Hi Opt)))

Hey I got in before the lock patrol! Holy Cow, when I came on to the BB you had 45 new posts! I read them all to catch up and my eyes are blurry as a result!

You know, when you mention H is having trouble sleeping and stuff, think back to how you felt when your emotions were in turmoil. He is probably facing the same thing - but since he is spending so much time with you - I would think it is because he is finally facing the fact that OW has to go...

Did you ever ask him about providing her with job placement services? And he should document everything so it doesn't come back to haunt him. Although since she is still working for him post-A, and it ended by his choice, she really can't come after him with harassment.

Anyway, thanks for the interpretation when you folks go off in other languages. I can guess pretty well, but unless it's in German or Norwegian - I may not get it right - and even in those languages it has been a while.

Regarding the note, I regularly reach in and find all kinds of things. And I wouldn't put it past OW for slipping it in there. Who's writing is it? If it's not H's then... But if you insist on asking him, I would do it lightly - jokingly. Don't let it eat you up though.

Again - if you don't know what to do - don't do anything.

My garden calls for a lot of weeding, so if you run out just let me know. My plot is 20 x 70 - feet! Now we did put a shed and firering on some of it, so maybe it is down to 20 x 55. It still needs a lot of work. And it is 75 degrees out today in October! I should be out there - but I have work to do at the computer. In fact, I need to get off the BB or I won't get it done!

Hey - for your new thread - Weeding out the bad from the good?!?!?

Twin he was probably just very busy. You mention he wanted to be ready by 4:30 to pick you at home, that doesn't sound like there's something else on his mind.

I"m here cracking up imagining him with very red lips from your lipstick. LOL Maybe you can resort to the lipstick on the collar trick LOL

ANyway, I'm still not feeling completely up to par... gonna take another tylenol and see if it works.

His shirt is granate colored today. Unless I use black lipstick... an interesting idea.

Yes, it is amazing how people actually are kind enough to keep up with my crazy ramblings. Now I am torn between "Lipstick on the Collar" and "Weeding out the bad" as my new thread's title. Let's put it to a vote (if the lock patrol lets me).

Sorry about the different languages BTW. I have a very complicated mind that goes off in the weirdest tangents. But I do try to provide translation.

Norwegian, Totite you got me there. I've never been to Northern Europe. Interesting idea though. I had a friend from Finland.... New languages to learn when my D graduates from college.

Got to go or I will not be home by 4:30.

I vote for "weeding out the bad" it seems perfect
Norwegian won't take me anywhere either. I did have a change to visit northern europe but other than a few simple things in swedish - and that's because I found a boyfriend there LOL - I learned nothing.
If I had the time and the money I would still be learning more languages... they fascinate me:)

I vote for "weeding out the bad" also.

Much more in line for a thread title!

Besides isn't that what everyone here is trying to do?

Me I just want to use my boss's suggestion of a wine bottle up beside my H's head!

As a matter of fact I may just open the darn bottle of wine and drink it!

Do not waste a bottle of wine breaking it on David's head, Pam. If you must use a bottle, use vinegar!

In any case, how did you know David went to the club to see OW. He may have run into her there... I mean, if he had 'those intentions' there many more intimate places to meet in even in Indiana

It is my own thread. I can hijack it whenever I want.
