Is there any logical explaniation for the note because of H's job?
If you found it innocently, could you just causually say, Hey, what is this all about, it was in your pocket when I was doing luandry.
Or just ignore it and chalk it up to alien antics. With many possible scenarios.
H is there. I suspect feelings of guilt and regret have to go through his mind and contribut to feelings of being down and unable to sleep. Keep being you, doing your best, taking care of yourself and paddling away!
