I do not skate (had a mishap when I was little and put me off) but one of my sisters tried ice skating after doing a lot of roller skaitng and did well (after a rather triumphant entrance on the ice, BTW).

I also miss the sea. A lot. That is one of the reasons we settled near the lake: my H and I grew up by the sea (different ones, continents apart but the saudade is the same).
