Well cold and all. I got my butt out there and ran for a whole 10 minutes... smile Yep that was all the energy I could muster. I think I need a home cooked meal by my MOM. So I am going to go over there and mouch.... Then afterwards I was going to call in sick to coaching but... I am going to go anyways and enjoy an evening with a bunch of 13 and 14 year old kids.

Down with the cold and all its negatives.

P.S. Still have not decided if I am going to reply to the email. But I have the seperation papers printed out now. And I am going to take them to my IM to sign them. Then he can contact her so she can sign it. IM is on nights so it will be in a about 2 weeks when this happens.

You are not going to believe this.

Last night I went to sleep and woke up at midnight. Then.... 6AM.

First 6 hours straight sleep since .... I do not remember.

Hey Cutterbug, just read some of your sitch and am very impressed with where you are today. Other than the no sleeping. I'm in those shoes for sure. Didn't sleep a wink last night. Anyways, you seem like a very strong person, and I just wanted you to know that you portray that in your posts, so keep it up.

P.S.
Just wondering where abouts in Canada you are from?

Hi Britt54. I am close to the centre of the universe. The big smoke. Thank you very much for your kind words.

Other news.

WAS hairdresser left a message that she had a hair appt 6:45PM. in my town today. Since WAS now lives 70 KM away, I thought I would make sure the house was WAS proofed. So when I left for work this morning. I placed a shoe against the door. Tonight when I got home after hockey. Well opened the door. Shoe moved.... Someone's been snooping. Too bad computer is locked down. All journals I carry with me at all times. Nothing is missing. Just had a gut feeling. Need to ask the neighbours if anyone was over. Hopefully that was the only visit, and the only visit of the day.

Well back to the quiet life....

Dumb question even though I don't know your entire sitch: changing locks not an option?
Glad you're sleeping a bit better. In addition to tryptophan (supplement or turkey) as undrdg suggested: Melatonis. 1mg. 20 minutes before lights out.

against the law to change the locks. We both own the house. She can come and go as she pleases. But my first boundary was the house and visiting. Must be asked in advance and approved. But today, I just had a feeling. So I will leave it at that.

And sleep... Well it lasted one night smile

I think if I scored a hattrick in one of my games, I would sleep like a king for a week smile

I will look up tryptophan nad Melatonis...

If you can't change the locks then let's have some fun.

- re-arrange the furniture

- make it more manly

- on the kitchen counter leave a empty bottle of wine and two used glasses.

- different shampoo in the shower

- candles in the bedroom

- new CDs out by the stereo

- different food in the pantry

- phone # written on scratch pad with initials PT

Have some fun.

Cheers

OOOhhhh, I agree. I'm going to take that advice and use it for myself...he he.

Cutter, not sure if you were trying to tell me where you live by your comment, but just so you know, I have no idea what you're talking about...

Yes, I did things similar to what Coach suggested when I knew BF would be in the house and I wasn't. Definitely piqued his curiosity. wink
