so what happened???

you have proven over and over again that your runaway thinking gets the best of you (doesn't it get the best of ALL of us???) so wondering if this was the case again?

What would I do without your 2 x 4's Kitti? And your titles? Nothing happenned. I shut up and was a good girl. Even went to bed and feigned not to know what time it was. He got home at 10:30 pm and ate a bit (not much), then he had a quick shower, watched TV for a little and went to bed around 11 or 12. He slept very fitfully (woke up at 1:30 am, 4:30 am) and finally at 6:30 got up and went 'to work'. I am waiting for him to pick up our D (who skates at 8:30 today) so that I can go to work myself. I did not dare leave in case he does not come back on time...

And yes, I am trying to find the off switch. I am even thinking he might have another OW (known OW's idea BTW). At least I have had some coffee.

And yes, reading my thread totally proves your point, Kitti. At least I write those crazy thought in and thus do not tell him. We'd be separated again by now if I did.

Did YOU talk to your H?

I guess my H is right when he says I have a very complicated mind (sigh). It must be exhausting to live with me. Luckily my D is the same: I predict frightful rows when she turns 13.

BTW Pam, that was 10 in 8: I was too sleepy to complete the other 2. But I owe them to you

this was a contradiction in terms. if your trying to find the off switch, why are you thinking that he has another woman?

i just had a talk with a fellow db'r this morning about negative self talk. we made a deal about changing the negatives to positives in our "runaway thinking" - for example, she said her husband was really studying her last night, and she said why? is it because he thinks i am not so pretty anymore, that i am too old or that he could blah blah blah. i said what if she changed that runaway thinking to "he must really be wondering why i would put up with this" or "he must be thinking what in the world do i need to do to prove to this woman that i want to be here"

see the change?

always come to the board for your venting, this is such a great thing we have here. we DON'T have to share these negatives with our mates, but can put them all out in the open here - negatives in our sitches will NOT get us closer to our goals eh?

Something I read the other day said "worry is a huge waste of your imagination." I have to agree.

Here I was, thinking that it was a contact sport... I'd be in the next Olympics. Gold medal only, because they do not make them platinum.

Hi. I am at work waiting for H to come and pick me up. We are trying to go kayak tomorrow if I can get up in something resembling Pam's normal morning time (do not look Shiny).
