OK...OK...breathe in, breathe out... slowly... Sure it can be anything... which means that it doesn't have to have anything to do with her or any past actions. I'm proud of you for being able to keep quiet before letting something out :)
There are busy days at work. Today can really be one of them. And maybe last night at dinner he was tired or preocupied with all he had to do at work today. But do I understand what you mean when you think about how you enjoy the conversation at meal time!!!!!! OR at any other time... and yes R is also the "never talks much type" so I can feel it as you say it.
However, I think righ tnow is a time to concentrate on those positives... - I'm just the right person to say this huh? LOL - THings have improved quite a lot and that's where you can focus right now... Feeling anxious is not going to improve the situation in any way. If this is nothing, then you just got anxious for no reason, and if there's something then being anxious won't let you think with a clear head. It's easy to be here telling you this... more difficult for you to do it over there.. but just try to do something that will get your mind of this even for a bit. Read a book - not a relationship book.. try a mystery - start on a project that you were thinking about starting, go for a new haircut, whatever works.. and then you'll be calm and it will be easier to deal with any thing that comes your way. I'm at work and the bell just rung, so I'm outta here, be back later Big hug nightshade
