He's saying I have her in too many activities, that she needs more rest and homework time. I do have her in an afterschool program 3-5 Tuesday, singing/dinner/drama 5-7:30 on Wed., Friday art club 5:30 to 6:30. I just added in a soccer league at my church for her for the next 5 weeks Saturday mornings for 45 minutes. But I've always had her homework done, and a full night's sleep. Hopefully he's just grasping at anything. I've heard unless you beat your kids (I don't even spank), that you don't lose custody. Hopefully that's true...
This last week he said it's too much so he won't let her go on Tuesdays anymore though (like sitting in his apt. while he's at work is a big improvement!).
