Wow, it was nasty weather in the city so I decided that I wanted to start my drive through the mtns early, and Im glad I did. Usually takes me about 3.5 hours, it took me almost 6 hours! The mountain passes were the worst I have ever seen! I tried to get home before it got dark, but I missed that!

I wont know for a few days about the job, but I think that they are planning on offering me a different job than I applied for. Its backbreaking work, and I dont think that its enough to pay my way in the city. Its a good foot in the door, and could be a track to the job that I really wanted. But if I stay here, I have work, and in March or April FWS wants me to come back if they get funding for the position again. So, I am just not sure what the right choice is.

Whew, Oh well, Im just glad to be home. Time for me to go to bed!
