He did origionally but then he changed his mind and decided to stall and drag it out as much as possible. Basically when he found out I wanted it too and wasn't going to crumble he tried to do the opposite. We had to end up pursuing it and pushing it through to end things. He made things very ugly with me but as far as the actual D, didn't put up any kind of custody fight or anything.
