Maybe any kindness is lost on them and he only sees you as being a doormat because of it. kat
I think I won't email anything. I think sometimes he's po'd at me, vents his anger, and then he's over it by the time I respond. I do think he is one of those people that equates nice=doormat, but I think there is a way of being nice/fair and not letting people trample all over you. I like to think so anyway!
I do think I drive him crazy, which is so weird, b/c I don't think I'm someone that would do that to most people. I think it's about him though, not me.
There's actually been half a dozen jobs this week (I'm qualified for), and I've applied to almost all of them. I'm now well over 100 jobs!!!!
I'm applying to every PT and FT job ranging from $10,000 to $34,000. If I had that much money I wouldn't know what to do with it, but I'm sure the kids will help out with that!
Donna I didn't know you had a special ed child! It seems like most of us here do! My 2 have autism spectrum (PDD-NOS). I'm not a squeaky wheel by nature, but even both of my D9's teachers have told me that I need to get pushy. So the letter this week, hopefully will be a good start to that.
