PERFECT Karen! That written request will get the ball rolling faster than you know. It wasn't until I basically stormed the school and demanded that they do intensive testing and observation for Marc that I was able to get anywhere with special services.

Marc was in a self-contained room for 5th grade and it was the best thing that could have ever been done for him. He had to switch schools for that year but since it was self-contained anyway it didn't really make any difference.

Definitely squeek, squeek, squeek. You are your child's only and best advocate!
