So small victory to report. H texts me again tonight saying "Did you want to do aything for our 'anniversay'?" Here we go again. He wasn't going to give up, so I decided to turn it to my advantage & make it positive. Me, "Unless it resolves reconciling, no." I know, shouldn't have mentioned R word. But then I diverted it saying if he was coming to see S tomorrow that he better throw in his bike b/c we were going bike riding. I was set that if he came back attacking again, the conversation was done, but instead, he told me that no, he was working all day tomorrow, but wanted to take us duck feeding on Sunday. Awesome, he actually initated an outing. Then he got all pissy b/c I was watching tv in the other room & didn't respond for a long time (hey, that's good for him to have to wait). When I did finally respond, I just sympathized w/ his long shift tomorrow, told him sunday would be fun, but that I was meeting my girlfriends for lunch at noon & we could meet up for duck feeding after. Before I might have abandoned my friends for him, but not anymore! He still is all pissy, but at least this will give me a chance to show the upbeat me. Must reread LRT section for Sunday.
