I met the most gorgeous man tonight at singing, and he was funny and very, very cool. And I think he might like me (Lisa reckons he did!). We sat next to each other in the pub after the session purely by chance and we ended up chatting.
Here are the signs that I thought might be there -His leg was pressed against mine and he left it there and even rubbed my leg with his. - We talked about recorder fingering and I showed him the proper way you should play F natural so it is in tune (not the conventional way which lots of very bad teachers teach! but side issue ) this involved hand touching. - We talked one on one a lot all night, other people didn't want to interfere. - I discovered I had lost my umbrella and he said we could go back to the studio and look for it (I think that was trying to get me on my own). So we did, but we were not on our own - boo! Actually at that point I realised I had put it in my bag after all but obviously didn't say anything. - We walked up front together to the tube. - He seemed to want to spend time with me one-on-one.
Downside is he has the same name as my h - is that weird?
Lisa said I should have asked for his number. But that is his job right? I've been out of this dating game way too long. How do I act? What do I do? I could potentially like this guy; I know he'll be at singing next week as he said so. Oh, what a night to have my hair scraped back, no makeup, big spot and in my old jeans!
Sorry, I'm slightly excited can you tell? Obviously I was totally cool round him I haven't felt this excitement for a long time. Right no expectations = no disappointments!
