Ummmm HELLO!!! If you go into your bank they will notarize for free. He works for child protective services, and knows tons of people at the courthouse, who would NOTARIZE FOR FREE. He is trying to tell me that it costs $25 to have something notarized. I was a notary and that is against the law in Texas. Notary's in Texas are allowed to charge a nominal fee, the most is six bucks.
