One of my most fun 'first dates' was when Dan and I were briefly broken up in college. The guy actually came to my room and picked me up at the door. We went miniature golfing, and it was a ton of fun!
And the best first kiss I ever had was with a guy I had known for two years before that. We were on the campus activities board together so we planned concerts, comedians, etc. Same kind of sarcastic/witty humor. We hung out one evening while Dan and I were split up (again!) and it just sort of happened. I suppose two years isn't exctly rushing!! Of course Dan and I got back together a week later so who knows what fun it could have been...
