I have a friend who has been relying on DayQuil...sorry Mish, the flu just plain sucks. Nathan had it all last week. And your mom may be upset but so be it, your health comes first and you know you are protecting her and the other clients there as well...
I really don't think it's the piggy flu, just a nasty cold, maybe a mild case of the flu. Not horrible, just icky.
I didn't get to see mom today and I fell asleep in the car at Marc's karate class so I didn't even get to call her. I feel really bad about that, but there isn't anything I could do about it. Not like she couldn't have called me, right?
I said I'm boycotting Christmas this year, but not entirely. I will still get Marc a present but this year it's going to be a family Christmas gift. I have been saving up every little bit I can and hopefully by Christmas I will have saved enough to get a Wii. That is all Marc talks about playing with his friends. I've played it too and am really interested in the Wii Fit and the Resort games and stuff so I'm thinking it would be a good thing we could do together too. I don't know...we'll see. I hate to spend money on something frivolous, but sometimes you just have to do something nice for your family outside of the norm right?

The Wii sounds like an awesome idea! My son loves the one at his grandparents' house. It is fun for both of you. The Wii Fit/Resort stuff is fun plus a way to be active at the same time. And you and Marc can enjoy spending time together playing. Definitely a win/win!!
