Talked to H briefly today. First he texted me to ask how mom was doing. Then a little bit later he actually called me. He had a question about something I said last night regarding his depression. I had been reading that depression sometimes causes vivid and really realistic dreams (like he was having). He was very open to what I had to say. He's just so surprised about how "casebook" depressed he is. Ok, now go get help!!! Arg.
