Just wondering if anybody has any tips to eliminated the sick, pit in my stomach that I have every morning when I wake up? I would really like to start eating some time soon again.
Excercise at least 45 minutes a day. Walk, run, bicycle, treadmill, etc. It will really improve your mood.
