You are lucky you are not in jail. Take that as a blessing and God's mercy.
I am glad to meet another fellow catholic as I am working on confirmation myself. It is good that you pray the rosary each day.
Your M can be healed even with the A if there is one. But it is going to take a loooong time to build that trust again in your W. Little did I know how long women will put up with abuse and then build and build internal anger. Your job will be to win your W's heart back by changing you and serving her and helping to heal her as well as yourself.
Don't just pray and do nothing about it expecting God to do all the work. You have a ton of work to do and God will assist you as long as you are doing what you can.
You can do this. I have seen other situations such as yours be restored. But a lot of work had to be put into it by the H and he had to learn what it truly meant to die to himself each day for the rest of his life.
