Thats what Im hoping to be able to do O'dog. Its a pretty fine line sometimes. I know that this woman left her last job because she didnt like being bossed around by people younger than her... and shes 10 years older than me. So I think that as long as Im respectful of what shes doing well and try to recommend ways that she could do other things more effectively, maybe thats the way to go. I would hate to run her off, what a way to start!

Other than that, I have to say that I am thankful that H gave me his PFD. One of my tires is ruined, and Ill need a new set. Because of my cars all wheel drive, all tires have to have the same wear on the tread, so I cant just replace one. I just got the tires that are on it! I was so excited about what a deal I got too! Because they were used. Oh well, I guess Ill shell out the extra $$$ for new tires this time.

I guess I gave the wrong finger to the wrong man...
